Points awarded based upon your finishing position in qualification for the Top 12 (the timed runs)
50 points awarded for the fastest time, 49 for the 2nd and so on
An extra point can be scored each time your timed run breaks the Category Record
Break it on both runs and you earn an extra two points

Championship Records remain unaltered during the season
Competitors are then ranked according to their Category of car
